3x12 hour shifts, Nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), 36 hours/week

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Critical Care RN to join our float pool. As a float pool nurse, you will provide care across various Pediatric units, including CVPICU, NICU, and PICU, adapting to the needs of each unit. You will work under a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2 or 1:3.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality pediatric critical care to patients across different units.
• Float to all Pediatric units as per facility needs.
• Assist with specialized procedures and maintain equipment as required.
• Manage medication administration and monitor patient conditions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of Pediatric ICU experience.
• South Carolina RN License or Multi-State/Compact State RN License.
• Certifications required: BLS, PALS (must be from American Heart Association).
• Preferred experience with ECMO, CRRT.
• Ability to float within the scope of practice to meet unit needs.
