Schedule

The position requires working three 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, totaling 36 hours per week, with a minimum of 3-4 weekend shifts required.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Medical-Surgical Float Pool RN to join our team. The RN will float to various med-surg floors at the designated healthcare facility, providing high-quality care to adult patients. The role demands adaptability and strong nursing skills across multiple specialties.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with best practices and protocols.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist in patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical-surgical nursing role.
• Current South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact State RN License.
• BLS certification required.
