Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse for our Float Pool. This role involves floating to various medical-surgical units and providing quality patient care in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care in accordance with established clinical protocols and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient status and update care plans as necessary.
• Perform medical-surgical nursing tasks and procedures.
• Facilitate communication with patients and their families regarding care processes and decisions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience.
• Current South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact State RN License.
• BLS certification required.
