Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ICU travel nurse to join our team. This role requires a high level of versatility as floating between Medical Surgical, Surgical, and Emergency Departments will be necessary. Candidates should possess the ability to manage critical patients effectively and have familiarity with various medical conditions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care to patients in the ICU.
• Administer ventilator support and vasoactive drips.
• Conduct critical patient assessments.
• Manage patients with tracheostomy, strokes, STEMI, and lytics.
• Utilize EMR system Cerner for managing patient records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have 1 year of ICU level experience.
• Previous travel nursing experience is required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Valid TN or multistate nursing license.
• Experience in managing patients with advanced medical technologies.

• Patient Ratio: 2:1
• Number of Beds: 21
