Job Description

Join a dynamic medical surgical unit with 33 beds, where you will provide high-quality care to patients. The unit operates with a patient ratio of 6:1 during the day and 7:1 at night, ensuring attentive and personalized service.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols.
• Collaborate with a team of 3 techs per shift to optimize patient outcomes.
• Utilize Meditech for documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Engage in floating to other appropriate areas as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current nursing license in the state of practice.
• Prior experience in a medical surgical unit preferred.
