Job Description

The License/Certificate Verification Position is responsible for ensuring compliance with licensure and certification requirements for personnel. This role involves the verification of relevant documentation and health history related to employment in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct license and certificate verifications for new hires.
• Review and ensure completion of health history requirements.
• Maintain compliance with all professional regulations and standards.
• Coordinate necessary health assessments and vaccinations.
• Complete all required forms and documents for onboarding new staff.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current state license as applicable.
• Completion of health history forms including immunizations.
• Background checks including criminal and education verification.
• Understanding of confidentiality and patient information protocols.
