Night shifts from 19:00 to 23:30, Monday through Friday. No weekends are required.

Job Description

The Medical Laboratory Scientist will be responsible for performing laboratory tests and ensuring the accuracy of results. This position requires strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, as well as the ability to work independently with advanced equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory tests on various specimens.
• Analyze and interpret results, ensuring strict adherence to quality controls.
• Utilize advanced laboratory equipment and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
• ASCP certification required; BLS preferred.
• Experience with blood bank operations is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Cerner charting system is preferred.
