7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week.

Job Description

Join our team as a Registered Nurse in a Med/Surg setting. This role involves integrating collaborative care planning for individual patients while implementing nursing standards in the processes of care. You will work with a patient ratio of 6:1, supported by 2 LNA's, a Nurse Lead, and a House Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in a Med/Surg environment
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop personalized patient care plans
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 3+ years of current Med/Surg nursing experience
• Charge nurse experience is required
• EPIC EMR experience is highly preferred
• New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License is required
• ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA) are required
