7:00 AM - 7:30 PM (12hr Days), Every Other Weekend & Holiday Rotation

Job Description

The Registered Nurse coordinates total nursing care for patients. This role involves participating in patient and family teaching while providing leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel to maintain standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. The patient population primarily includes adult to geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate total nursing care for patients.
• Participate in patient and family teaching.
• Provide leadership in maintaining professional nursing standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2+ years of Med Surg experience.
• Cardiac drip experience is required.
• Dementia experience/management is required.
• NIHSS certification is strongly preferred.
• Epic experience is required.
• New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate is required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications must be submitted.
