Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a strong background in Trauma, Burn, and Surgical ICU. The ideal candidate will bring critical care expertise, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative spirit to our dynamic nursing team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the ICU setting.
• Utilize critical thinking and communication skills to assess and manage patient needs.
• Perform necessary medical procedures including wound care and emergency interventions.
• Ensure adherence to unit policies and guidelines while promoting a team-based environment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have Trauma, Burn, and Surgical ICU experience.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills are essential.
• Preferred: BSN and CCRN certification.
