Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide essential patient care and support in a medical surgical unit, catering to a diverse patient population. The position entails working in a fast-paced environment while ensuring safe and effective patient care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing care plans as necessary.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Virginia.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg experience is required; 2+ years preferred.
