Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Med/Surg Telemetry RN to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced MedSurg Tele unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, administering medications, and managing various procedures pertaining to telemetry care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct head-to-toe assessments and provide orthopedic care.
• Administer IV medications and manage drips for Lasix and heparin.
• Perform wound care and manage drains and VACS.
• Care for patients with NGT/G tubes and provide parenteral nutrition.
• Manage central lines, including PICCs and midlines.
• Oversee foley and other catheter care, as well as ostomy management.
• Participate in daily Multi-Disciplinary Rounds (MDRs) for collaborative patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN License
• ACLS Certification
• BLS Certification
