Schedule

Day shift from 07:00 to 19:30, with 3x12-hour shifts. Call requirements are 9-10 shifts per contract, including 3-4 weekend call shifts.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse with extensive experience in various surgical procedures, including General Surgery, Orthopedic, and Neurosurgery. The ideal candidate must be adaptable to multiple specialties and possess a strong background in the OR setting.

Responsibilities

• Circulate and assist in various surgical procedures.
• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgery.
• Participate in patient education and advocacy.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient conditions and manage post-operative care effectively.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of prior Operating Room RN experience required.
• Current PA license or compact license from home state.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with Epic charting system.
• Circulate experience required.
• First-time travelers not accepted; candidates must be located 50+ miles from the facility.
