Schedule

PM Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM, 3x12 hour shifts

Job Description

The candidate will utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate the plan of care for patients served. Collaborating with all members of the healthcare team through the model of Shared Governance, the focus will be on promoting evidence-based care within a healing culture for the patient population and their families. The candidate will demonstrate and embrace the PRIDE core values (Professionalism, Respect, Involvement, Dignity, and Excellence) in every aspect of their job.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process for patient care assessment, diagnosis, and planning.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members for patient-centered care.
• Implement evidence-based practices within a healing environment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN License - Required
• Minimum of one year of acute care Mother Baby nursing experience in a hospital setting - Required
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• BSN Preferred
