Travel Nurse - 13-Week Contract - Hawaii

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Scheduled for 36 hours per week following the first full week of orientation. Varied shifts and days are required; flexibility is essential. There is no guarantee of hours or shift preference.

Job Description

The candidate will work in a team-oriented environment and be responsible for providing quality care to patients. General duties may include utilizing equipment such as Meditech EMR, pyxis, wound vac, chest tubes, tube feeding, NG/G-Tubes, Trach Care, and PICC/PORT management.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a TCU setting with a nurse to patient ratio of 1:8 and aides during the day.
• Must arrive the Thursday before the start date to attend the employee health appointment on Friday.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2-10 years of nursing experience required.
• Hawaii State Nursing License must be obtained by the start of the assignment.
• Current BLS certification is required (ACLS is not required unless it's an agency requirement).
