Day shifts are from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Rehabilitation. The nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality care for adult and geriatric patients in a rehabilitation setting. You will be expected to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide acute care nursing for patients in the rehabilitation unit.
• Monitor and assess patient health, documenting progress and care.
• Implement care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and care plans.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to patient care discussions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of one year of acute care nursing experience is required. Rehabilitation experience is preferred but not mandatory. CCRN certification is preferred but not required. Must hold a valid RN license.
