Day shifts are 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM; Night shifts are 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM.

Job Description

The position involves working with a diverse patient population in a rehabilitation unit. Responsibilities include providing acute care nursing for patients undergoing rehabilitation for orthopedic, neurological, cardiovascular conditions, including stroke, amputations, and traumatic brain injuries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and rehabilitation goals accurately.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards within the unit.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Acute care nursing experience is required.
• Rehabilitation experience, including documentation and GG scoring, is preferred.
• CCRN certification is preferred, but not required.
• Current RN licensure in Washington State.
