Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join our team. This position is focused on delivering high-quality care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ICU nursing and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and provide updates to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in the development of patient care plans.
• Document patient assessments and care in the EMR system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2+ years of ICU experience.
• Current Arizona RN license.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications required.
• Experience with Impella and IABP preferred.
