12-hour days, Thursday: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM, Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM. Call required.

Job Description

The Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) will provide care to adult and pediatric patient populations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The role requires the RN to be proficient in a variety of surgical services including ENT, General, Vascular, Endovascular, Robotics, Dental, GYN, Orthopedics, Spine, and Neurosurgery. The RN will be expected to function as core staff, effectively collaborating within the unit's culture.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in the operating room.
• Assist with surgical procedures across multiple specialties.
• Participate in on-call rotations as required.
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of OR experience required.
• Pediatrics experience required.
• BLS certification required; CNOR preferred.
• Experience with Epic EMR is desired.
• Must have 5 years of experience if degree accreditation is not provided.
• Prior travel experience highly preferred.
