12-hour Day shifts available on the weekend: Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Saturday, Sunday, Monday from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.

Job Description

Join our dedicated team as a Neuro Registered Nurse in a dynamic environment specializing in neurosciences. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with neurological disorders including those recovering from surgeries, strokes, and seizures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate nursing care to a diverse patient population in a Neuro unit.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and response to treatment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following all health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions and care in the EPIC system accurately.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Registered Nurse license.
• BLS and NIHSS certifications are required; ACLS preferred.
• Proficiency in EPIC charting system.
• Strong neuro experience, especially with G-tubes and related protocols.
