Shifts available: 8-hour or 10-hour days, providing flexibility with weekend coverage 2-3 days per month.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide care in an acute inpatient setting. The therapist will work with a diverse caseload including patients with total joints, CVA, CHF, COPD, and sepsis. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in understanding pathology and lab values, and possess strong interdisciplinary communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' needs and develop individualized therapy plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and rehabilitation.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license required.
• AHA BLS certification in hand is essential.
• Understanding of patient pathology and lab values is necessary.
