Day shift: 3x12 hours from 07:00 to 19:30. Every other weekend required. No on-call duties.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist with expertise in Pediatric Critical Care (PICU) and Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) to provide exceptional care in a hospital setting. Candidates must be well-versed in Nitric Oxide therapy and possess experience with high-frequency oscillatory ventilation (HFOV), high-frequency jet ventilation (HFJV), and various ventilator types including SERVO 1, Servo U, and PB 980.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions in both PICU and NICU environments.
• Utilize advanced ventilatory support technologies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2+ years of experience in a hospital setting.
• Must have NJ license; CRT or RRT is acceptable.
• BLS certification required; NRP preferred.
• Experience in PICU and NICU preferred.
• First-time travelers accepted; travel pairs not accepted.
