MRI Technologist - Night Shift

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

12-hour night shifts with no call required. Travelers must be flexible and work 1-2 weekends a month, as well as 2 out of 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Day.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team. Your role will be essential in conducting MRI scans and ensuring high-quality imaging for patient care. You will work within a teaching hospital environment, contributing to both diagnostic and therapeutic imaging procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scans with proficiency, ensuring optimal image quality.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide excellent patient care.
• Ensure all imaging equipment is properly maintained and functioning.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• BLS certification required.
• ARRT or ARMRIT license with advanced MR licensure.
• Phillips MRI experience is mandatory.
• Prior travel experience is preferred.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in MRI technology.
• Epic experience within the last 2 years is non-negotiable.
