Shifts are from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with requirements to work every other weekend.

Job Description

The Emergency Department is seeking skilled nurses to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. The unit specializes in treating a diverse patient population, catering to over 120 languages within the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients within the Emergency Department.
• Engage in triage and patient monitoring.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care effectively using Cerner.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, with at least 1 year in an Emergency Department setting.
• Experience in a Level 2 trauma center and comprehensive stroke center preferred.
• Must hold current certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS before the start date.
• ENPC certification within 90 days of hire.
