Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse with outpatient clinical experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will work in a small, rural facility and must be self-sufficient, able to hit the ground running. This role requires effective communication with patients and collaboration with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Administer injections and perform blood draws as necessary.
• Conduct patient triage and assist with clinical assessments.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care.
• Document patient interactions and treatment plans accurately.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 3+ years of current experience in clinical or primary care.
• 2+ years of current triage experience.
• Experience with ATHENA EMR is required.
• Must be comfortable giving injections and drawing blood.
• Previous travel experience is highly preferred.
• Adult outpatient experience is required.
• Rural/small facility experience is preferred.
• Must possess a valid New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate.
