Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specialized in Pediatric Critical Care to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric nursing and be prepared to float as needed within designated facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in critical care settings.
• Administer medications and treatments as per established protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust patient care plans.
• Assist with respiratory care and emergency interventions as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pediatric nursing.
• Current BLS and PALS certifications are required.
• Active RN license in New Jersey or Compact License.
• Experience with the Epic charting system is preferred.
