Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide services in a primary outpatient setting, with occasional inpatient acute and swing-bed rehabilitation coverage. The ideal candidate will assist with a wide range of patient populations, focusing on general orthopedics and physical therapy practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations for the outpatient population, focusing on shoulder, back, hip, knee diagnoses, and neurological conditions.
• Provide follow-up treatment sessions, adhering to established protocols and case management guidelines.
• Manage inpatient rehabilitation for patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical recovery, and general illness rehabilitation.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation for all evaluations and treatment sessions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care and rehabilitation outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid physical therapy license for the state of practice.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation and inpatient recovery settings is preferred.
