3x12 hour night shifts, from 19:00 to 07:30, with every other weekend and required holidays as scheduled.

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team for a night shift position. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in the specialty and be a first-time traveler.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to adult patients in a medical/surgical telemetry unit.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patient health status, including vital signs and symptoms.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary support teams for comprehensive patient care.
• Assist with admission, discharge, and patient education.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in Maryland or Compact License.
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications required.
• 1 year of experience in Med/Surg Telemetry.
• Experience in peripheral line care/management and IV administration.
