Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Med-Surg RN to join a busy orthopedic and spine unit in a 54-bed facility. The unit boasts a strong culture of teamwork and support among staff. RN teams work alongside LPNs and PCTs, with a focus on delivering quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for medical-surgical, orthopedic, and spine patients.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and prioritize care effectively.
• Utilize various medical technologies and documentation systems.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure positive patient outcomes.
• Assist in general medical/surgical procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have at least 1 year of Med-Surg experience.
• Active RN license required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS optional.
• Strong critical thinking, time management, and communication skills.
