4x10 or 4x12 hour days with occasional weekends and overnight trauma call expected.

Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a busy ENT, Pediatric, and Plastic Surgery team. The ideal candidate will have experience with level 1 trauma, head and neck procedures, airway management, general pediatric surgery, oral and maxillofacial surgery (OMFS), and facial trauma.

Responsibilities

• Precept new tech students and be willing to do so daily.
• Adapt to changing procedures throughout the day to align with surgical flow.
• Assist with complex surgical procedures including robotic ENT surgeries, cochlear implants, free flaps, DIEP flaps, facial and hand trauma cases, pediatric general surgeries, and thoracic surgeries.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in an operating room setting, specifically related to trauma and surgical procedures.
• CNOR certification preferred.
