40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated healthcare professional to join our team. This role involves providing care and support in a fast-paced environment while adhering to the highest standards of patient safety and care quality. The candidate must be proactive and able to work collaboratively with other healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care and support.
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
• Adhere to health protocols and procedures for patient safety.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Fit Test and other health screenings as required.
• Completion of annual tuberculosis questionnaire.
• Trinity Code of Conduct compliance.
• Certification in relevant fields as per the role requirements.
