Job Description

Join our healthcare team as a Medical Laboratory Scientist. In this role, you will perform a range of laboratory tests and procedures to help diagnose and treat patients. You will work independently and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory tests and examinations.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Analyze results and assist in diagnosis.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Document findings and report results to appropriate personnel.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a laboratory setting preferred.
• ASCP certification required; ASCP-MLS and BLS preferred.
• Experience with blood bank procedures is mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in various laboratory skills and instrumentation.
