Level II Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Job Description

The Level II Registered Nurse, under the direction of the Nurse Manager, is accountable for the provision of competent care based on established standards. This role includes responsibilities such as charge nurse duties, precepting new staff, and participating in committees. The nurse will ensure service excellence through clinical practice, professional development, and an adherence to evidence-based protocols.

Schedule

This position is for a rotating shift schedule consisting of three 12-hour shifts, every other weekend, including holidays, call back, or charge per unit needs. No straight shift schedules are available.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Two (2) years of nursing experience
• Current RN License (New York only)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association only)
• Telemetry experience is required
