Night Shift Nurse - Med/Surg, Tele, Stroke Unit

Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Job Description

The nurse will be working in a 32-bed med/surg, tele, and stroke unit. The team will include RNs, LPNs, and NAs, with team nursing utilized at times.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient management.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care procedures.
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid State License Verification
• Completion of required health screenings and vaccinations
• CPR and ACLS certifications preferred
