Nursing Position - Nights

Schedule

12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Job Description

Develop and implement total nursing care for patients through assessment, nursing diagnosis, and patient care plans. Provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel to maintain standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. Develop systems to provide care to a diverse population including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop nursing diagnoses.
• Create and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high standards of care.
• Maintain professional nursing practice standards in the clinical environment.
• Provide care to patients across all age groups, including infants and geriatrics.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 6 months of Med-Surg experience required.
• Certifications: NIH, BLS (AHA).
• State Licenses: Oklahoma.
