This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

9 hour days typically Sunday-Wednesday, with 35-37 hours guaranteed per week, or 8-hour days Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm if preferred.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide compassionate care to patients in a tobacco and fragrance-free facility. Candidates must be able to work weekends or holidays as needed, and provide care for COVID patients as required. This role will include collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and nursing interventions.
• Document patient care in the charting system, preferably EPIC.
• Participate in case reviews and clinical support meetings.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• OASIS documentation experience preferred but not required.
• Current RN license required, with no license hits accepted.
• Must be COVID-19 and Flu vaccinated, with exemptions allowed.
