Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse with a minimum of 24 months of current ICU experience to join our team. The selected candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout their stay. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to implement care plans and monitor patient progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, making necessary adjustments to care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Assist with patient and family education regarding care plans and discharge instructions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 24 months of current ICU experience - REQUIRED
• Certifications must be American Heart Association or American Red Cross, active upon submission - REQUIRED
• No License Hits - REQUIRED
• Flu vaccination required; declinations can be applied for (form available on request).
