Job Description

Join our team as a Respiratory Therapist traveler in the Golisano Department, providing specialized respiratory care for pediatric and neonatal patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in both PICU and Level III NICU settings, delivering exceptional patient care through various respiratory treatments.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory treatments: aerogen, Volara, cough assist, IPV.
• Utilize Hamilton and Servo ventilators for patient management.
• Conduct airway management and intrahospital transport.
• Collaborate with the respiratory team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Assist with ventilator settings and modifications as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have 2 or more years of experience working in PICU and/or Level III or greater NICU.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) preferred; Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) acceptable.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP required for NICU.
