Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

12-hour night shifts, including 1-2 weekends per month. Flexibility with schedule is required. Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Day.

Job Description

We are in urgent need of an MRI Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Phillips equipment, possess advanced licensure, and must be prepared to meet the scheduling requirements of this role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MRI scans and assist in patient management and comfort during procedures.
• Maintain equipment and ensure proper functioning prior to usage.
• Accurately document and maintain patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Work collaboratively with radiologists and other healthcare professionals.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• BLS certification is required.
• ARRT or ARMRIT license is necessary.
• MR advanced licensure is required.
• Experience with Phillips MRI systems is mandatory.
• Prior travel experience is preferred.
• Teaching hospital experience is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience is required.
• Epic experience within the past 2 years is non-negotiable.
