Tele RN - Days - 3x12 or 4x12 Hour Shifts

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

3x12 or 4x12 hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:30, including every other weekend and scheduled holidays.

Job Description

We are seeking a Tele RN with experience in Telemetry nursing. The ideal candidate will provide care for patients with cardiac dysrhythmias, respiratory failure, and other related conditions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient conditions and provide appropriate interventions based on telemetry readings.
• Administer medications and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Manage and care for patients with central lines, chest tubes, and various medical devices.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of telemetry experience required.
• Must possess an active RN license in MD or compact state.
• BLS, ACLS, CPI, and NIHSS certifications are required.
