Job Description

The Med-Surg Nurse will develop and implement total nursing care for patients by conducting assessments, formulating nursing diagnoses, and creating patient care plans. This role involves providing leadership by collaborating with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel to uphold professional nursing standards in the clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement total nursing care for patients.
• Conduct patient assessments and create comprehensive care plans.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare team members.
• Maintain a high standard of professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.
• Care for a diverse patient population across all age groups.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

A minimum of 6 months of Med-Surg experience is required.
