Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist with experience in inpatient rehabilitation to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in assessing and developing rehabilitation programs for patients recovering from various conditions, including stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, and orthopedic injuries.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment procedures and expected outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed to practice in Indiana.
• 2+ years of experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience with IRF (Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility) settings highly preferred.
