The shift is from 7 AM to 7 PM.

Job Description

The Surgical Technologist will work in a dynamic operating room environment, providing support in a variety of surgical specialties. The successful candidate will collaborate with a team of nurses and surgeons to facilitate efficient and safe surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing the operating room prior to procedures.
• Maintain sterile conditions throughout surgical procedures.
• Efficiently manage surgical instruments and equipment.
• Support the surgical team with optimal patient care.
• Participate in required on-call shifts as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) national/military certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a surgical environment, specifically in trauma, orthopedic, and neuro procedures.
• Experience with Meditech electronic medical records is preferred.
• Robotics experience and charge nurse experience are advantageous.
