3 - 12 hour shifts (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 8:30 PM) with on-call requirements.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess critical care or PACU experience, specifically in a Level I Trauma setting. Responsibilities will include providing care to adult and pediatric patients in the pre-operative and post-operative environments, managing complex medical cases, and supporting trauma care protocols.

Responsibilities

• Administer critical care nursing procedures and protocols.
• Monitor and assess the condition of patients throughout their care continuum.
• Perform necessary interventions for patients with complex medical conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in trauma and emergency response as needed.
• Manage on-call responsibilities as per the assigned schedule.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in critical care or PACU.
• Trauma Certified - TNCC, PALS, and ACLS certifications required.
• Experience in SICU, MICU, or CTICU preferred.
• Valid state license required at the time of submission.
• Charge experience preferred.
