Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. Responsibilities include monitoring residents, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Observe residents continuously and document changes in their condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.
• Supervise Licensed Nursing Assistants in providing quality care.
• Perform wound care and knowledge of wound vacs.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Communicate effectively with residents' families and medical staff.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 3+ years of current nursing experience required.
• IV certified, or willingness to obtain during onboarding.
• Active New Hampshire nursing license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
