12-hour evening shift, 1500-0300, working 7 on/7 off.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician for night shifts in a high-capacity healthcare facility. The position requires flexibility and competency to float to various units as needed. Experience in a large facility with 400 or more beds is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests and procedures to support patient care.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards set by healthcare authorities.
• Participate in quality control and assurance activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a laboratory setting.
• Current certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) required.
• BLS certification through AHA required.
• Compliance with all outlined health protocols, including Covid vaccination proof.
