3x12-hour shifts, from 07:00 to 19:30, with every other weekend and holidays required as scheduled.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with pediatric experience to provide quality respiratory care for neonates, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. The therapist will work as part of the Rapid Response Team and will be responsible for delivering care in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy interventions as per established protocols.
• Perform patient assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize various respiratory therapies and technologies, including ventilators, BiPAP, and CPAP.
• Conduct arterial blood gas draws and interpret results in a timely manner.
• Participate in patient and family education regarding respiratory care and equipment usage.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of pediatric respiratory therapy experience.
• Current registrations and certifications: RRT or CRT, BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
• Candidates must hold an active state or compact license.
