Night shift, 4x12 hours (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM), weekdays, and every other weekend.

Job Description

Join a 70-bed rural facility as a Telemetry RN. The position involves caring for adult, adolescent, and pediatric patients, with a focus on telemetry and acute care. The RN may be required to float to various units, including ICU, as patient care needs arise. LPNs will assist on the night shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in a telemetry setting, managing a patient ratio of 1:5.
• Perform patient assessments and monitor telemetry readings.
• Float to other units, including ICU, as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience required.
• WV or compact RN license required (pending license acceptable).
• Certifications: BCLS, ACLS (via American Heart Association), PALS preferred.
• Experience in telemetry and pediatric care preferred.
