4x12-Hour Night Shift (19:00 - 07:00) with every other weekend requirement.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a valid New York license. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own patient assignments while receiving support from an RN. Hospital experience within the last two years is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitor patients' conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records using Epic charting system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current NY state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• At least 1 year of hospital experience in a relevant setting.
• EPIC charting system experience is a hard requirement.
• Ability to float as required by the facility.
