Day shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Job Description

The Radiation Therapist will be responsible for delivering patient treatment as prescribed by a radiation oncologist, providing quality care to patients undergoing radiation therapy. The therapist will ensure accurate delivery of radiation doses using the latest technology and treatment protocols.

Responsibilities

• Administer radiation therapy to patients according to established protocols.
• Monitor patient responses and report any adverse reactions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care.
• Assist with patient education regarding treatment plans and procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiation Therapist.
• ARRT certification required.
• Current radiation badge, provided by the agency.
• Experience with Aria and Varian Truebeam technology preferred.
